Charter fishing in Kent offer the best possible off shore fishing in Kent
THE FISHING
The Thames estuary is a vast area of sand banks which are ideal bass fishing. Some real monster bass get caught every year, which include Paul mcEwan's British Record weighing 19lb9 oz.
The second week in May is a good time to start until around
November. Also in May skate come in massive numbers boasting 30 or more in a day is quit common. Smooth hounds are also here in big numbers, light fishing tackle with live prawns for this most powerful off fish, Some very sore arms at the end of the day.
Mackerel, Tope, Bass, Smooth hound, Skate, Eels, Wrasse, Sole, Turbot, Brill, Cod and Black Bream are about winter and summer.
Herne Bay its self is situated on the North Kent coast and is pretty sheltered so not too many days lost to bad weather.

If you come for a day or a weeks holiday I will try my best to sort your bait and accommodation or you can bring your own, All the local B&B's are opposite the harbour so just a 2min walk to boat.
Herne bay angling club is situated opposite the harbour so you pop in for a pint after a long days fishing.
